| Our Rooms Here at Bethel City Conferences, we have a choice of 4 suites to suit all of your event needs. The largest being the Main Auditorium , which seats up to 450 delegates theatre style.
All our suites have the option of full or half day rates, which are available on request.
Should you need help organizing your event then our first class Event Management team can be on hand to give you as much or as little help as you require. Let us take the stress out of your hands and ensure your event goes off without a hitch!

Extensive sound, lighting and AV systems provide the ‘wow’ factor and can create the perfect ambience for any event. We believe atmosphere is extremely important and we have carefully developed an environment ideally equipped to provide an excellent atmosphere.
Live Video / Audio Streaming is also available so you can stream your keynote sessions or your whole event live via the Internet (surcharge incurred). |
